Here at Gideon's service department we specialize in service and repairing automatic self-winding, quartz, eco-drive, and electro-mechanical watch movements. Whether if you need to do your watch yearly-service or if you need to fix your broken watch, we are here to assist. Watch batteries and watch bands can be done on premises .

Please ask our representative about our special fine polishing procedure to make your watch look like brand new.

We gladly accept mail-in service/repair requests. Please follow the following procedure:

1) Call 1-877-992-3377 or email us at service@gideonsfinejewelry.com to maintain an authorization number.

2) Print and fill out the form below.
