All customers who make a purchase from Gideon's Fine Jewelry must agree to the following terms and conditions.

Authorized Dealer:

As an AUTHORIZED dealer for many well known international brands, Gideon’s Fine Jewelry is proud to provide full after sale services which meets all the brands standards. Also as an authorized dealer we guarantee the authenticity and originality of all items purchased through Gideon's Fine jewelry. All brand items sold through Gideon's Fine Jewelry will be backed by the manufacturer's international warranty. Brands which we are authorized dealer for are: Tag Heuer, Mont Blanc, Baume & Mercier, Michele, Longines, Oris, Raymond Weil, Tissot, Tutima, Citizen, Hidalgo, Scott Kay, Christian Bauer, Bench Mark.

 

Concierge Services:

Gideon’s Fine Jewelry is also offering a complete concierge service for brands which we currently do not carry in our store. Our concierge service is in collaboration with a network of authorized retailers. All products sold through Gideon’s Fine Jewelry’s concierge service will be billed by and shipped from an authorized dealer of the brand and will be covered by the manufacturer international warranty.

 

Pricing Policy:

In accordance with most designer and watch company policies, we do not list prices on our website. We also do not communicate the prices via email. To get price quote please either call us at  1-877-992-3377 , visit our physical store, or submit a Price Quote.

 

Manufacturer Warranty:

All items sold by Gideon’s Fine Jewelry and/or Gideon’s Fine Jewelry’s concierge services will be protected by the original international manufacturer limited warranty and after-sale services. During the warranty period, shall you need any service or repair on your item(s) you may stop by any authorized brand center in the world and have your item(s) serviced or repaired.

 

Free One Year Extended Warranty:

Gideon’s Fine Jewelry will honor its customers with one year extra extended limited warranty on top of the manufacturers’ original limited warranty. This warranty is offered at no extra cost to customers ONLY by Gideon’s Fine Jewelry. This warranty is not an international warranty and is covered only by Gideon’s Fine Jewelry. Gideon’s Fine Jewelry is not responsible for shipping the items covered by this warranty. This warranty is an extension of the original limited manufacturer warranty and will provide the same coverage as the original limited manufacturer warranty.

Gideon’s Fine Jewelry reserves the right NOT to offer this extended warranty to any customer for any or no reason. In such instances you will be notified at the time of the transaction.   

 

Extended Labor Warranty:

Extended labor warranty may be purchased at the time of the transaction.

 

The following terms and conditions apply only to watches which the extended labor warranty is purchased for. This extended labor warranty is sold and covered by Gideon's Fine Jewelry only.

 

Any part(s) found by our technical services to be defective as a result of manufacturing defects and or user fault (including accidents), will be repaired, if repairable, otherwise will be replaced free of labor charge (in the scope of this warranty) at the sole discretion of Gideon’s Fine Jewelry. This extended labor warranty does not cover the cost of part(s). In order to benefit from this warranty, you will be required to present the Limited Labor warranty certificate, duly completed, dated, stamped and signed by Gideon’s Fine Jewelry. Please keep this certificate in a safe place.

 

This Extended Labor Warranty will cover the cost of labor for the following conditions:

• Battery Exchange;

• Defects to any part of the watch arising from accidents;

• Defects to any part of the watch arising from water damage;

• Defects to any part of the watch arising from normal wear and or aging;

• Defects to any part of the watch arising from mishandling;

• Defects to any part of the watch arising from incorrect or abusive use;

• Manufacturing defects on the case, band, and movements of the watch;

• Leather, Rubber, and any other type of strap exchange;

• Buckle replacements;

• Clasp adjustments or replacements;

• Band sizing

This Extended Labor Warranty will cover 30% of the cost of labor for the following:

• Yearly watch service;
• Water pressure test;

• Cleaning and over hall of the band, case, and movement of the watches;

• Polishing;

This Extended Labor Warranty will NOT cover the following:

• Theft or loss;

• Replacement of the whole watch for any reason;

• Reimbursing the value of the watch for any reason;

• Reimbursing the dollar value of the repair labor cost;

 

This Extended Labor Warranty is fully transferable. For transferring this warranty you may contact Gideon's Fine Jewelry to obtain the necessary forms. 
 

Payment Methods:

DOMESTIC BUYERS: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express (all American Express transactions will be charged an additional fee of 2%), Paypal (we can only ship to the verified Paypal address), money orders, personal and business checks, and bank wire transfers on all domestic orders. Please note: we can ONLY ship to the verified address. A "Verified Address" is the purchaser's credit card billing address and/or an alternative shipping address verifiable with the purchaser's credit card company. Regardless of payment type and/or customer history, the payment must be transferred to Gideon’s Fine Jewelries bank account and cleared by authorization department in order for the shipping department to ship the item to customer. All items sold and shipped within California will be charged 9.75% tax. Buyer will be responsible for any bank fees resulting from bank wire transfers, as well as fees incurred from collections. To provide the most possible security and protection for all our customers, all credit card addresses will be verified by the issuing banks. All packages must be signed by an adult at the verified address.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We only accept bank wire transfer on all International orders. All duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recommend to all international buyers to check with their local office to find out the amount of duties and/or taxes they should pay for their purchase. Buyer will be responsible for any bank fees resulting from bank wire transfers, as well as fees incurred from collections.

 

16 Days Exchange Policy:

Customer satisfaction is our first priority; therefore we will gladly accept exchanges toward equal or greater value items within 16 days of the shipping date only on "Non Special Order" transactions. Items must be returned in their original unworn condition with all original labels and plastics attached. Removing the return label attached to the items will void this exchange policy. If it is determined by Gideon's Fine Jewelry there is any kind of damage such as scratches, marks, blemishes, or alteration of any kind on the item, item box, booklets, and any additions item (promotional gifts) which came along with the purchased item, we will not accept the exchange, in which case the customer will be liable for all shipping and handling fees for returning the item to him/her. We do NOT accept exchanges on any special orders. All special orders are final sale. items sold through concierge services shall be exchanged as return and new purchase and all the return policies will apply. We will not refund shipping and handling cost. Any credit toward exchange will be for the item sale price less shipping and handling. Please note: return authorization must be obtained for all exchanges.

 

16 Days Return Policy:

We do NOT accept returns on any order unless authorized by Gideon's Fine Jewelry. The return authorization number issued by Gideon's Fine Jewelry will be faxed or emailed to the customer. Gideon's Fine Jewelry will accept authorized returns ONLY within 16 days from the shipping date. Items must be returned in their original unworn condition with all original labels and plastics attached to the item. Removing the return label attached to the items will void this return policy. If it is determined by Gideon's Fine Jewelry that, there is any kind of damage such as scratches, marks, blemishes, or alteration of any kind on the item, item box, booklets, and any additions item (promotional gifts) which came along with the purchased item, we will not accept the return, in which case the customer will be liable for all shipping and handling fees for returning the item to him/her. We do NOT accept returns on any special orders. All special orders are final sale. We will not refund shipping and handling cost. Any credit or refund will be for the item sale price less shipping & handling and a 10% (minimum $50) restocking fee.

 

Return Authorization:

All customers must request for a RA (return authorization) number for any return or exchange through email. Any item returned without an RA number will not be accepted and will be sent back at the buyers' expense. All returned items must be shipped to us via INSURED MAIL along with the provided RA sheet from Gideon's Fine Jewelry. Sender is responsible for fully insuring the package. We are NOT responsible for packages lost damaged in transit.

 

Disputes
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to our Web site or to products purchased here shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in VAN NUYS, CA USA. However, if you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights, we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of CALIFORNIA. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

 

Shipping

All items are shipped via insured "signature required " shipping services. There is No Indirect Delivery. We will not be held responsible for any package lost due to a customer having signed a "signature release form," which would authorize the courier to leave the package in front of the door. Gideon's fine Jewelry will not be held liable for late packages due to the carrier's fault or act of nature. If the ordered package does not arrive on the given date, please contact us immediately. Any undelivered items must be reported to us within 48 hours of the promised arrival date.  In the case that a package is refused or deemed undeliverable, and thus returned to us, any charges incurred will be the sole responsibility of purchaser. International packages to certain countries will not be fully insured, please contact us to find out if your country is on the list.
